Vasso Gavaisse (b. 1973 in Athens, Greece) where she lives and works. She studied at Athens School of Fine Arts, at Chelsea College of Art & Design (MA) and at UeL (PD) in London supported by Greek StateScholarships Foundation (IKY). Her work has been exhibited in art fairs, group shows in Greece and abroad (Art Basel Miami Beach -Miami, The Armory Show -New York, Artissima -Turin, Fiac -Paris,Nicosia Arts Centre, Bazeos Tower -Naxos etc.) and in her solo show “We are not alone”, The Breeder gallery -Athens. Her work also belongs in private collections, museums and public spaces: Athenaeum InterContinental Hotel, Bio Art Collection -Athens, Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art.
